Poker Studio is a study and analysis tool. You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and your use of the app.

You may not use Poker Studio to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or abuse authentication, infrastructure, or other users.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. If you use Google Sign-In, your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates risk, or violates these terms.

You keep ownership of study inputs, notes, saved ranges, and other content you submit to Poker Studio.

You grant us permission to host, process, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to operate Poker Studio, provide features, secure the service, fix issues, improve the product, and develop new products and features.

We may use account information, usage data, diagnostics, feedback, and study workflow data to understand user needs, improve reliability, build better poker study tools, develop new features, and evaluate product performance.

Where practical, we use aggregated or de-identified information for product analysis and development.

Poker Studio, including its software, design, branding, and product features, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Poker Studio or the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

Poker Studio is provided for education, practice, and analysis. It does not guarantee game results, expected value, financial outcomes, tournament performance, or compliance with any poker site rules.

You are responsible for following applicable laws, platform rules, and game integrity requirements.

Poker Studio is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every calculation, recommendation, or output will be complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Poker Studio after an update means you accept the updated terms.
